Man surrounded by police calls 911

Did you hear about this one? According to the Largo, FL police, a man called 911 after being confronted, and as he put it, "surrounded" by the police. The police were responding to a disturbance at a local bar when they met Dana Farrell Shelton, who appeared to be intoxicated. Then, while they were standing there, Mr. Shelton called 911 and asked the dispatcher to what? ...send the police? Where do people come up with this stuff? :)
